Absolutely. Every package is available as an on-site, virtual or hybrid experience. Our virtual sessions use interactive tools such as digital whiteboards, breakout rooms and live polling to ensure engagement levels match those of in-person delivery. We have successfully facilitated virtual programmes for teams spread across multiple time zones.
Yes. Organisations that commit to three or more sessions within a twelve-month period receive a ten per cent discount on the total programme fee. For annual retainer agreements covering six or more sessions, we offer a fifteen per cent reduction plus priority scheduling. Contact us for a custom quote tailored to your anticipated volume.
We understand that business needs change. Cancellations made more than fourteen days before the scheduled start date incur no charge. Cancellations between seven and fourteen days before incur a twenty-five per cent fee. Within seven days, fifty per cent of the programme fee applies. Rescheduling is always free provided you give at least seven days notice.
We use a combination of pre- and post-programme self-assessments, 360-degree feedback where applicable, and facilitator observations. For the Horizon accelerator, we also track behavioural change indicators over the twelve-week period and deliver a comprehensive ROI report that maps learning outcomes to business metrics you care about — such as employee engagement scores, retention rates or project delivery timelines.
